What we collect

• Sellers: email address, and optionally a business name and profile picture, provided when creating an account.
• Buyers: an email address, verified with a one-time code, scoped to a single deal. Buyers don't create a persistent account.
• Deal information: item photos, titles, and prices that a seller chooses to include on a deal.
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment partner. We don't store card or bank details ourselves.

How we use it

To operate the deal you're part of: verifying identity with a one-time code, showing the right information to the right party, and keeping a record of what happened and when. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Deal records are kept as a permanent, unchangeable history of what happened, since that's the whole point of a trust layer. A buyer's email is only ever used for the specific deal it was verified for.

Who we share it with

Our payment partner, to process payments, and no one else. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
